This healthy chocolate oat pudding recipe is so easy to make. It’s a delicious, guilt-free chocolate dessert made in the blender. It’s suitable for vegan. Blended oats, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder and banana sit 5h and turn into a thick pudding. I hope you enjoy the recipe!
- 40 g rolled oats,
- 100 ml skinny milk,
- small yogurt (u can use flavoured light yogurt),
- 1 banana,
- 2 tsp cocoa powder,
- maple syrup.
Pour the milk into a small bowl and add yogurt and oats. Stir well. Put into the fridge for 4h. Remove from the fridge and mix with a rest of the ingredients. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for one minute. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl. Top with your favourite seeds, nuts and fruits.
