- 3 eggs,
- 40g oats flour (blended oats),
- 2 apples,
- In a small bowl,combine the flour and cinnamon.
- Add egg yolks and apple- grate it on the large holes and mix well.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Fold into apple mixture.
- Pour into a shallow baking dish .
- Bake for 170° for 20 min. Serve immediately.
