Puffy apple omelette


If you like cinnamon and apples, this recipe is for you. My sweet apple omelette recipe  is quick and healthy breakfast option.


  • 3 eggs,
  • 40g oats flour (blended oats),
  • 2 apples,
  • cinnamon,
  • xylitol.


  1. In a small bowl,combine the flour and cinnamon.
  2. Add egg yolks and apple- grate it on the large holes and mix well.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold into apple mixture.
  5. Pour into a shallow baking dish .
  6. Bake for 170° for 20 min. Serve immediately.
